Today, Derek leads the operations team and ensures every project meets Finish Line’s professional standards.
Gabby brings a strong background in business operations and customer experience, having managed teams with Nékter Juice Bar and led service delivery for regional companies. Her focus on communication, organization, and client satisfaction ensures that every Finish Line MEP customer receives a seamless, stress-free experience — from the first call to final completion.
